    Delivery Time

    Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. The average shipping time is 5-8 business days. Current high demand can extend the shipping time. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

    Delayed or Lost Orders

    A package is considered lost after being in the postal system for a period of 15 business days within Europe and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Even though orders normally take much less time, we cannot send a replacement until this time period has elapsed.

    Incorrect or Incomplete Address

    If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to resend your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect. Similarly, if the mobile number provided for delivery notifications is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible.

    Returns

    You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt (conditions apply, see the returns page). After cancellation, you have 7 days to return the package. You will receive a full refund, provided that the requirements on the return page are met. NOTE: The cost of return shipping is at your own expense. If you exercise your right to cancel, the product must be returned to the seller with all accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at ---------. The seller will then refund the purchase amount within 14 days of being informed of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good condition, complete, and undamaged.

    Unclaimed Package

    In the case of an unclaimed package, your order will be automatically returned to our supplier. We have no way of tracking whether your order has reached the supplier, and thereby unfortunately, we cannot refund the order amount. Picking up the package on time is the customer's responsibility.

    Customs Clearance

    Please note that delays may occur due to your country's customs clearance. Brand New Heights is not responsible for paying any fees charged by customs. These fees are the customer's responsibility but are very rarely encountered.
